PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an electronic camera and an image processing program that enable an in-focus state of a subject in an image to be displayed in detail. ! SOLUTION: An MPU 20 of an image processing engine 18 is configured to function as: an amount-of-characteristic calculation unit 53 that detects an amount of defocus characteristic for each of image parts in a subject included in a through image on the basis of an analysis result of the through image; and a display control unit 44 that causes an in-focus mark showing the amount of defocus characteristic calculated by the amount-of-characteristic calculation unit 53 as an in-focus state of the subject to be displayed with the in-focus mark superimposed onto the image part of the subject of the through image displayed in a monitor 32. !
