According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method to calculate a pressure of an exhaust manifold using cylinder pressure comprises: a step of measuring a combustion pressure of a cylinder through a pressure sensor; a step of selecting a preset time area in accordance to a driving condition while the combustion pressure is measured; a step of selecting the combustion pressure of the cylinder which is measured in a preset time area; a step of calculating a specific value of the selected pressure of the cylinder through a preset calculation; and a step of calculating an actual pressure of an exhaust manifold through the specific value. Accordingly, the pressure of the exhaust manifold is easily calculated from the pressure value of the cylinder and used.
