PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary device capable of stably keeping rotations of a rotator in a thinned structure. ! SOLUTION: A rotary device 100 is equipped with a shaft portion 26a; a shaft body which has a first flange portion 26c annularly projecting out from one end side of the shaft portion in a radial direction orthogonal to an axial direction, and a second flange portion 27b annularly projecting from the other end side of the shaft portion in the radial direction; and a bearing body 28 which has a sleeve portion which encircles the shaft portion so as to relatively rotate.
