1. A method comprising:
receiving, at a first base station, information from a relay node associated with the first base station, the information comprising an indication of at least one second base station neighboring the first base station; determining, at the first base station, X2 interface configuration parameter information of the at least one second base station on the basis of the indication, wherein the determined X2 interface configuration parameter information comprises availability of an X2 interface between the first base station and the at least one second base station, and comprises configuration and parameters of the X2 interface between the first base station and the at least one second base station; determining whether the X2 interface is established between the first base station and the at least one second base station; determining whether the relay node is allowed to use the X2 interface between the first and the at least one second base station, comprising determining whether the relay node can use the X2 interface for handover and setting the X2 interface configuration parameter information to include details of the at least one second base station; and sending, by the first base station, the determined X2 interface configuration parameter information toward the relay node, wherein sending the details of the at least one second base station indicates to the relay node that the X2 interface between the first and the at least one second base station can be used for mobility. |
