The present invention aims to provide a welding tip replacement apparatus for a spot welding gun to enable to remove the welding tip from the welding gun in an accurate way through a simple composition. The welding tip replacement apparatus for a spot welding gun apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a tip removing member having a rotating axis part arranged in the direction of both sides; a connecting member to be combined with the tip removing member and expanded into the rear side; a removing cylinder in which the cylinder load works elastically to enable the tip removing member to rotate around the rotating part as the connecting member and the cylinder load are combined on the rear side of the tip removing member; and a support frame for supporting the rotating axis part. The tip removing member has a tip latching groove therein to which has a concave shape facing a rear side in the front end of the tip removing member wherein the tip inserted into the welding gun is coupled, and the tip latching groove has a latching projection therein to which the lower end of the tip is coupled when a tip installation projection of a welding gun enters the tip engaging groove, therefore, the engaging projection is characterized to peel out the tip from the tip installation projection of the welding gun when the tip removing member rotates. |
