Disclosed is an apparatus for processing floor panels which processes a plurality of floor panels at the same time, and thus can increase efficiency of a manufacturing process and productivity. The apparatus comprises: a base frame; a pair of guide shafts formed on both sides of the base frame in the lengthwise direction; a plurality of panel bases moved in the lengthwise direction along the guide shaft, and arranged in one line on the base frame; a transfer unit transferring a panel base on a rear end portion of the base frame in the lengthwise direction while a panel base on a front end portion of the base frame is fixated on the base frame; and stopper members connecting one base panel with another base panel, and limiting lengthwise movement of the base panel within a predetermined distance.
