PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus bar that allows further preventing a surge voltage due to switching of SW elements and ringing associated with the surge voltage, and to provide a power conversion device that allows optimally preventing a surge voltage and ringing by using the bus bar.SOLUTION: A tabular bus bar 70 is used for a power conversion device 100 including SW elements 1H and 1L of an upper arm and a lower arm and in which its module is configured by resin-molding. A P-electrode Ep and an N-electrode En are arranged so that at least parts are overlapped with each other in the thickness direction of the tabular bus bar 70 with an insulating layer 71 interposed therebetween. A snubber circuit 40 constituted by a surface-mounting type capacitive element 40c is electrically connected between the P-electrode and the N-electrode. |
