PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a control device for an electric vehicle which enables smooth start operation without reminding of a failure and giving discomfort.SOLUTION: A control device 2 for an electric vehicle controls to drive an EV system 1 including a motor 3 as a driving source, a battery 4 for supplying electric power to the motor 3, and a driving circuit 5 for connecting the motor 3 and the battery 4. The control device for an electric vehicle includes a notification means which notifies that the EV system 1 is not in an activated state though prescribed start operation for activating the EV system 1 is performed, and the notification means includes a first notification means 31 which notifies when the EV system 1 cannot be in the activated state by the start operation and a second notification means 32 which notifies when the execution of shift operation during notification operation by the first notification means 31 is detected. |
