Disclosed is a method for rebuilding a power plant of a floating propellant. The method comprises the steps of: opening a part of the side hull of a used floating propellant or a waste floating propellant, or expanding and cutting an area in which a management hatch is arranged; inputting a generator into an installation area of a main engine arranged on the used floating propellant or the waste floating propellant through an opened part of the side hull or the expanded and cut area; and connecting the generator inputted into the installation area to the main engine.
