a specifying unit configured to specify a printing medium usable by at least one print job; and a notifying unit configured to notify a storage unit storing a printing medium to be used in a plurality of storage units based on a specifying result by the specifying unit and a remaining amount of each printing medium stored in the plurality of storage units.
