<p>The invention relates to a ball-joint (10), comprising a joint housing (12) with a housing opening (14), a bearing shell (16) which is arranged in the joint housing (12), a ball pivot (18) which has a joint ball (20) and a pivot (22) and is mounted by means of the joint ball (20) thereof in a rotatable and pivotable manner in the bearing shell (16) and protrudes by means of the pivot (18) thereof out of the joint housing (12) through the housing opening (14), and means (24, 30, 34) via which the joint ball (20) of the ball pivot (18) is held in the axial direction (a) in the joint housing (12). The invention is distinguished in that the means (24, 30, 34) are designed and dimensioned in such a manner that, upon reaching a predetermined maximum force while avoiding a separation of joint ball (20) and joint housing (12), only a movement of the joint ball (20) that is directed in the axial direction (a) occurs within the joint housing (12).</p> |
