<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator of high Q whose productivity is high in a simple structure.SOLUTION: An excitation electrode 2 for excitation is provided at a principal plane of a crystal blank plate 1. On the excitation electrode 2 of one principal plane or both principal planes of the crystal blank plate 1, a plurality of convex type electrodes 3 are formed with a constant thickness obtained by multiplying a density ratio of the convex type electrodes 3 and the crystal to a thickness corresponding to 2 to 10% of a thickness of the crystal blank plate. A width of each convex type electrode 3 becomes gradually narrower from an outer circumference toward a center.</p> |
