<p>The present application relates to a method for making payments using a mobile terminal having one or more processors,memory storing program modules to be executed by the one or more processors,and one or more movement sensors for detecting user gestures of moving the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal receives a payment request from a remote server.In response to the payment request,the mobile terminal detects a gesture motion of the mobile terminal using at least one of the movement sensors and compares the gesture motion with a plurality of predefined gesture motions. If the gesture motion satisfies a predefined mobile payment gesture motion,the mobile terminal then sends an authorization instruction to the remote server. The remote server then arranges a payment to a payee associated with the payment request in accordance with authorization instruction.</p> |
