<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a separator plate and a core plate reduced in warping. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an annular separator plate having an axially penetrating through-hole on the inner periphery and provided with a plurality of splines on the outer periphery includes punching through a plate and annularly forming a plurality of the holes of complementary shape to the shape of the splines; punching through the plate and forming the through-hole inside the plurality of annular holes; and annularly punching through the plate between the radial outer edge and inner edge of the annular holes to take out the separator plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
