Provided is a composition which comprises apolactoferrin together with at least one member selected from the group consisting of an advanced glycation end product-binding agent, an antioxidant and an antibacterial substance. The advanced glycation end product-binding agent may be a milk component hydrolyzate which is obtained by hydrolyzing whey by an endoprotease, an exoprotease and an endopeptidase. Thus, it is possible to provide a composition which is appropriately usable in foods, cosmetics, oral cleansers, external skin preparations, ophthalmic products, surface coating agents, polymer additives, deodorizers, detergents, perfumes and so on. |
