The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a rick cake using jujube. More specifically, a rick cake using jujube is good for health by adding a paste for preparing half-moon-shaped rice cakes or glutinous rice cakes and jujube steamed with a stuffing for rice cake, and a delicious rice cake is manufactured using a sweet taste of jujube. As a technical means for achieving the objective of the present invention, the manufacturing method of a rick cake using jujube comprises: a step of separating a skin, a flesh and a seed by steaming jujube; a step of brewing the separated skin by boiling in water; a step of powdering the macerated rice or glutinous rice in a brewed jujube skin concentrate; a step of kneading by mixing salts and the steamed jujube flesh with the powered rice flour; a step of making a wrapper by using the paste, and putting the stuffing containing jujube into the wrapper; and a step of steaming the prepared rice cake by using steam at high temperatures. |
