The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus of bath water or swimming pool water containing a Dendropanax morbifera ingredient, which makes a Dendropanax morbifera ingredient be contained in bath water or swimming pool water for a user to be influenced by an ingredient beneficial to a human body, when taking a bath or swimming, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing apparatus comprises: a water tank storing underground water or tap water; a first heating chamber drawing water stored in the water tank, and heating to first hot water of 55°C or less; a bath tub or swimming pool storing the first hot water heated in the first heating chamber through a main pipe for a user to take a bath or swim; and a second heating chamber heating a mixture of the first hot water transferred through a sub pipe connected with the main pipe and Dendropanax morbifera chips to be second hot water of 75°C to be transferred to the bath tub or swimming pool, thereby providing an effect of enabling people to have a bath or swim, while receiving effects of ingredients beneficial to a human body. |
