The present invention relates to a quality assurance system of a radiation treatment machine which can identify and adjust a quality state of the radiation treatment machine through an analyzing operation after obtaining an image in which an operational state of the radiation treatment machine is identified and a quality assurance method thereof, the system comprising: an image photographing unit which is mounted in the radiation treatment machine and photographs a display member displaying a radiation treatment machine driving situation; a quality assurance control unit which controls an operation of determining a quality state of the radiation treatment machine by analyzing an image in which a display member is photographed; an image processing unit which derives an outline of an image obtained from the image photographing unit according to a control signal of the quality assurance control unit; a center point derivation unit which derives a center point with respect to the outline; and a quality evaluation unit which traces movement of the center point to evaluate quality of the radiation treatment machine.
