PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen-generating material, wherein the supplied heat amount when hydrogen is generated from aluminum hydride is reduced, thereby miniaturizing a heating device.SOLUTION: The hydrogen-generating material comprises the aluminum hydride 11, boehmite [AlO(OH)] 12 that is a hydrate of aluminum oxide, and a water-adsorbing layer 13. As for a particle structure of the hydrogen-generating material, the aluminum hydride 11 is brought into contact with the water-adsorbing layer 13 through the boehmite 12. |
