PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact container with a built-in hinge unit which can be assembled easily with high accuracy while reducing the manufacturing cost of parts.SOLUTION: In the compact container with a built-in hinge unit 1 which includes: one or more hinge units 50 in which a shaft part 52 projects on the tip face 53 side, and a guiding part 55 is formed such that extends passing over a rotation axis 56 on a terminal face 54; a tray frame 30 in which a tongue piece 33 having a guide engagement part 34 is provided perpendicularly at the rear end lower face; an outer frame 20 in which a hinge storing part 27 is formed at rear end and the tray frame is fixed; and a lid body 10 in which a shaft receiving part 13 having a receiving hole 14 of the shaft part at the end part is formed at rear end, the shaft part is inserted into the receiving hole with the hinge unit being energized at the tip side, as, at the hinge storing part, the hinge unit is stored in the state that the tip face 53 is opposing to the receiving hole, and at the same time, the tongue piece is inserted while the guide engaging part is engaged with the guide part. |
