<p>When an instruction to switch screens has been given, a new-and-old-image management unit (202) withdraws and stores, as an old screen image, a screen image that is saved in a screen image storage unit (201), and generates and stores, as a new screen image, an image to which the screen is to be switched. Either occasionally or at regular intervals, a composite image generation unit (203) makes composites of a portion of the old screen image and a portion of the new screen image while altering the composition ratio and generates composite images. A display control unit (204) displays images in such a way as to transition from the old screen image to the new screen image by displaying the generated composite images each time the composite images are generated.</p> |
