The present invention relates to a nucleic acid aptamer capable of specifically binding to tebuconazole, mefenacet and inabenfide, and to use thereof, and more specifically, to acid aptamer capable of specifically binding to minute amounts of tebuconazole, mefenacet and inabenfide, and also to a method of detecting and separating tebuconazole, mefenacet and inabenfide using the aptamer. This invention enables detection and separation of traces of tebuconazole, mefenacet and inabenfide found in samples of foods, thus is effective in detecting and removing tebuconazole, mefenacet and inabenfide that were traditionally difficult to find. Furthermore, the detecting method and detection kit of tebuconazole, mefenacet and inabenfide using the aptamer of this invention are cost-effective since the aptamer is produced with a low cost, and are also useful because there is no need to develop a different aptamer for each target. |
