The present invention relates to a solidifying agent composition for the food wastewater of food waste for preventing the discharge of food wastewater and an offensive odor due to the decomposition of food waste containing a large quantity of water when recyclable food waste is treated, wherein the wastewater of food waste is physically absorbed by using a composition containing a polymer, which is harmless to the human body, and a natural antibacterial agent extracted from a plant, and the food wastewater and the food waste are maintained as a material in a solid state at a collection step so as to be advantageous to a resource recycling process of food waste, thereby allowing food waste to be easily separated and treated; and a food waste bag to which the solidifying agent composition for the food wastewater of food waste is applied. The present invention comprises 90-99.009 wt% of a superabsorbent resin and 0,001-10 wt% of an antibacterial agent.
