A direct roasting pan enables a flame or heat source to be directly delivered to meat by being made in such a manner that a flame initiation part is formed on a side plate, which is configured perpendicularly to the direct roasting pan so that a flame or heat source can be delivered to meat, and a lower connection part between the side plate and a lower end part of an obliquely inclined plate is configured as an oil-inducing groove so as to collect oil. In addition, because oil secreted from the meat does not fall into the heat source, and thus an incomplete flame caused by oil does not occur, the meat can be cleanly roasted and eaten without blackening even while the meat is roasted with a direct flame or direct heat source. |
