摘要

本发明揭露一种用于印刷电路图案于一基板上之装置。装置包括一多边形遮罩、复数个遮罩支撑模组以及复数个遮罩冲压模组。多边形遮罩中具有图案孔洞，遮罩支撑模组支撑着遮罩的一表面，遮罩冲压模组冲压遮罩的另一表面，其中各个遮罩冲压模组藉由一升降模组向上及向下移动，遮罩支撑模组及遮罩冲压模组在多边形遮罩的两侧上，以彼此之间间隔开的方式设置，使遮罩的大小对应着基板的拉紧/收缩而改变，以准确地使基板与遮罩相匹配。; mask supporting units supporting the mask at one surface of the mask; and mask pressing units pressing the mask at the other surface of the mask; wherein each of the mask pressing units moves up and down by an elevating unit, and the mask supporting units and the mask pressing units are disposed spaced apart from one another at sides of the polygonal mask so that scale of the mask is changed in response to tension/contraction of the substrate to accurately match the substrate and the mask.
