<p>Provided in an embodiment of the present invention is an organic light emitting device including a first electrode connected to a thin film transistor formed on a substrate; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and an organic laminate formed between the first and second electrodes, and including a hole transfer layer, a multiple light emitting layer, and an electron transfer layer. Here, the multiple light emitting layer comprises two or more light emitting layers having electron and hole injected through the first and second electrodes be recombined and emit light having different colors; and a charge transfer control layer formed between the two or more light emitting layers, and controlling charge amount transferred between the light emitting layers. And a first light emitting layer arranged between the hole transfer layer and the charge transfer layer among two or more light emitting layers is composed of a first dopant, and a compound including a host of a hole transfer material corresponding to the first dopant, and the hole transfer layer and the charge transfer control layer consist of the material same to the host of the first light emitting layer.</p> |
