FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, and is intended for treating diastasis of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis in case of its injury. A device contains a rod with a screw thread and a spherical head, a bushing with an external thread, external and internal support sites, a screw-like balance spring for installation on the rod, nuts for the rod, adaptation washers and a screw-cap for the bushing. The said spring rests against the screw rod with its one end and against the support site of the bushing with another end.EFFECT: invention provides the preservation of the main physiological function in distal tibiofibular syndesmosis after its injury.3 dwg |
