A first temperature sensor (61) detects a temperature of the counter weight (32). A second temperature sensor (62) detects a temperature of a battery cell (52) in the battery module (51). A control apparatus (41) connected to the first temperature sensor (61) and the second temperature sensor (62) determines that the temperature of the battery cell (52) is abnormal in the cases where a temperature difference between the temperature of the battery cell (52) and the temperature of the counter weight (32) is equal to or more than a threshold value.
