<p>The present invention provides a binding machine which can eliminate a task that the position of a punching hole that penetrates the paper is hard to obtain. The binding machine is provided with the following components: a punching blade (32) and a cutting blade (33) which are used for temporarily moving from a standby position (N) to a projection side thereby forming a punching hole (P1) and a cutting hole (P2); a base part (2) which is used for accommodating the punching blade (32) and the cutting blade (33) at the standby position (N); and a punching platform (4) which is separated from a clearance (35) for insertion of the paper (P) and is configured at a side of an external surface (F14) of the base part (2); wherein the punching platform (4) is provided with the following components: a blade through hole (411, 422) which can be inserted by the punching blade (32) and the cutting blade (33), and a window (421) which can be used for observation of the paper (P) through the blade through holes (411,422).</p> |
