<p>A method, apparatus, and system for performing facial recognition utilizing large databases is provided herein. During operation a large database is quickly narrowed by determining an automobile attribute (e.g., a license plate number) and determining a registered owner and possibly an address based on the automobile attribute. The image database is narrowed based on the registered owner of the vehicle, and possibly the address of the registered owner.</p> |
