<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion object for bedding or for a floor cushion, eliminating free movements of chips included inside a bag constituting the outer cover of a pillow, a futon or the floor cushion and excellent in cushioning properties and the touch. <P>SOLUTION: The cushion object includes a mixture consisting of the chips 11 of membrane-free urethane foam without cell membranes and thermoplastic fibers 21. The fibers 21 include a core-sheath structure that includes a core and a sheath surrounding its outer periphery and has the core with a higher melting point than that of the sheath. The chips 11 are connected through heat-welding of the sheath of the fibers 21 to provide the cushion object for the bedding such as the pillow or the futon or for the floor cushion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
