PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail surface material attaching structure for balcony having an excellent attaching property of handrail surface material arranged in a balcony onto a building unit and a unit building.SOLUTION: A handrail surface material attaching structure comprises: short columns (22, 22a, 22b) respectively arranged on a column material (a prop 3) having penetration holes (H) and being used for supporting a surface material; fixing members (a fixing bolt 28, a nut 29) fixing the short columns (22, 22a, 22b) onto the column material (the prop 3) for supporting the surface material by a tool shaft 61 from upper edge into the penetration holes (H); surface material attaching beams (a gable side surface material attaching beam 23, a girder side surface material attaching beam 24) arranged on the short columns (22, 22a, 22b); and anchor materials (26, 27) arranged on the surface material attaching beams (the gable side surface material attaching beam 23, the girder side surface material attaching beam 24). |
