<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coupling device with higher reliability.SOLUTION: An optical coupling device 10 includes: a light-emitting element 1; a light-receiving element 2 for photoelectrically converting light from the light-emitting element 1; a mounting substrate 3 having an input terminal for supplying power to the light-emitting element 1 and an output terminal for outputting a current from the light-emitting element 2; a translucent resin 4 for sealing the light-emitting element 1 and the light-receiving element 2 mounted on one surface 3aa of the mounting substrate 3; and a light-shielding resin 5 which covers the translucent resin 4 and suppresses the incidence of light on the light-receiving element 2 from the outside. The translucent resin 4 has a larger coefficient of linear expansion than the light-shielding resin 5, and the mounting substrate 3 has a housing part 3c which houses a part of the translucent resin 4 when the translucent resin 4 expands.</p> |
