PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus that uses temporarily registered information to easily allow a user to select a destination to request an update of the temporarily registered information, a control method and program of the same, and an information processing system.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus stores reservation information for registering document data in association with user information, requests registration of the document data by using the stored reservation information, receives a declaration to receive the request, determines a request destination to be presented to the user as the source of the request upon reception of the declaration to receive the request by using information that is a combination of the stored reservation information and the user information, and creates and transmits screen information displaying information on the determined request destination. |
