<p>It is disclosed an adhesive detergent and/or perfuming and/or sanitizing composition, in gel form, directly applicable to the surface of interest, to which it adheres without the aid of a support and/or container, and from which, if subjected to the action of water, is removed only after a great number of water flushings, said composition being characterized in that it comprises
i) an adhesion promoter which is ethoxylated hydrogenated castor oil;
ii) a thickening agent;
iii) a perfuming agent;
iv) possibly a non-ionic surfactant as detergent/foaming agent;
