BIOLOGY MARKER FOR DIAGNOSIS OF MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS, AND METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for diagnosis of different kinds of multiple sclerosis and differential diagnosis of multiple sclerosis.SOLUTION: Intensity of a specific low molecular called to a metabolite existing in a sample derived from a patient who suffers from multiple sclerosis of recurrence remission type or primary progress type which is diagnosed in clinic, and the intensity is compared with that being recognized in a group of healthy people, for identifying a marker of multiple sclerosis. The method for differential diagnosis of a subject suffering from recurrence remission type multiple sclerosis from secondary progress type multiple sclerosis, is also provided.
