<p>A transmitting apparatus and a transmitting method for improving a channel deviation in a mobile communication terminal are provided. The transmitting apparatus includes a power amplifier for amplifying a transmitting signal by a predetermined level and outputting an amplified transmitting signal, a controller for outputting a signal to control a variable capacitor according to a channel of the transmitting signal and a phase transition unit for varying each capacitance value according to a control of the controller and transiting a phase of a signal outputted from the power amplifier.</p> |
