PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform proper optical axis adjustment between an optical waveguide and an optical element which transfer data therebetween.SOLUTION: An optical waveguide substrate comprises: a substrate body on which the optical waveguide is formed; a cable holding part including an incident part or an emission part arranged facing the optical waveguide, and a cable housing hole for housing a signal cable including a first magnetic part provided on an outer periphery; and a second magnetic part provided on an inner peripheral wall of the cable housing hole, and generating a repulsive force between the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part. The repulsive force generated between the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part performs autonomous optical axis adjustment of the signal cable. |
