<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise execution frequency of neutral coasting control by driver's intension.SOLUTION: A travel control ECU1 includes N coasting control part which allows a vehicle to N coast by controlling between input and output of a transmission 20 to be a state incapable of power transmission, an FC coasting control part to allow FC coasting by stopping fuel supply to an engine 10 during travel, and a fuel consumption effect calculation part which compares a fuel consumption amount in a case of N coasting over a predetermined distance with a fuel consumption amount available by assuming that the predetermined distance is traveled by FC coasting and traveled by a normal acceleration travel with the power of the engine 10, and a difference between the fuel consumption amounts is calculated as a fuel consumption effect of N coasting, with the fuel consumption effect displayed on a display part 61 in a cabin.</p> |
