<p>PURPOSE: A terminal, gateway, and data-transmitting/receiving method thereof can allow a terminal supporting different networks to use the different networks at the same time to transmit/receive data. CONSTITUTION: A traffic controller (210) divides data to transmit to an uplink into a plurality of upward link data packets. A communications unit (220) transmits a part of the plurality of upward link data packets to a P-GW (packet data network gateway) through a first network. The communications unit transmits the rest of the plurality of upward link data packets to the P-GW through a second network. The first network is UTRAN (universal mobile telecommunications systems terrestrial radio access network). The second network is E-UTRAN (evolved UTRAN).
