<p>A strobe signal generating device includes an enable signal generating unit, a buffering unit, and a strobe signal driving unit. The enable signal generating unit generates a divided enable signal in response to an internal write signal and a strobe signal. The buffering unit generates a delayed strobe signal by buffering the strobe signal while the divided enable signal is enabled. The strobe signal driving unit generates a plurality of data strobe signals having a pulse width wider than the delayed strobe signal in response to the divided enable signal and the delayed strobe signal. Therefore, the strobe signal generating device may perform an accurate data storage operation by dividing a strobe signal to latch data.</p> |
