The present invention relates to a catheter for mitral valve cerclage annuloplasty and an RVOT wire guiding method using the same and, more specifically, to a catheter for mitral valve cerclage annuloplasty for guiding RVOT wire which is located on right ventricle by being injected into superior vena cava toward the inferior vena cava, and to an RVOT wire guiding method using the same. The safe zone passing catheter for mitral valve cerclage annuloplasty inserted into the right ventricle through the inferior vena cava in mitral valve cerclage annuloplasty according to a preferable embodiment of the present invention comprises a hanging means which cannot move forward when passing through an unsafe zone of tricuspid valve, but can freely pass through a safe zone of tricuspid valve to safely pass through the safe zone in which the tricuspid valve is not damaged. The catheter for taking out RVOT wire which is located on right ventricle by being injected into superior vena cava and coronary sinus toward the inferior vena cava according to a preferable embodiment of the present invention is characterized by being inserted into the inferior vena cava, passing through right atrium and safe zone of tricuspid valve, and being inserted into the right ventricle to capture the RVOT wire. |
