摘要 <p>Disclosed is an optical waveguide particle plasmon resonance sensing system, comprising a light signal output stabilisation apparatus, an optical waveguide particle plasmon resonance sensing apparatus 12, and a signal acquisition and processing apparatus. The optical waveguide particle plasmon resonance sensing apparatus comprises a plurality of noble metal nanoparticles 1212 immobilized on the surface of the optical waveguide substrate 1211, which may be a planar or tubular waveguide such as an optical fibre. The light signal output stabilization apparatus is used to enhance the stability of the output light signal and may include a fixed voltage or fixed current control module. The signal acquisition and processing apparatus is utilized to receive the light signal after its passing through the sensing apparatus and remove noise to improve the detection sensitivity of the sensing system. The system may also be provided with temperature monitoring and control arrangements 122, 123 for its various components.</p>
