<p>The present invention relates to a blind paper capable of horizontally regulating an angle, where shading nets consecutively widen or overlap with each other in the upper part or the lower part thereof during ascending or descending for opening or closing, and which can freely regulate an angle of the shading net for lighting or ventilation at any position. In the blind paper capable of horizontally regulating an angle, multiple shading nets (23) are connected with each other at fixed intervals. A shearing unit (25) is formed on each shading net (23) in order to form two or more through-holes (25a) where elevating strings (24) pass respectively. Therefore, the through-holes (25a) are formed by removing the shearing units (25).</p> |
