FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to exhaust gas cleaning. Proposed device (1) to decrease toxicity of offgas containing solid particles (2) sintering unit (3) and solid particles trap (4). Said solid particles sintering unit (3) comprises at least one unit (5) to induce electric field (6) and offgas flow mid accumulator (7) arranged in direction of offgas flow (8) upstream of trap (4) composed of filter (13) with permeable walls of channels or a multiflow filter (14). Mid accumulator (7) of solid particles is connected with electric pole (9) and has at least one exposed structure (10) with multiple passages (11). This allows a directed deposition of solid particles (2) by electric field on said mid accumulator (7). Besides, said particle get in contact with each other to get compacted owing to their inclination to sticking. When solid particle (2) size grows to required value at said mid accumulator (7), consolidated particles are trapped by offgas flow and displaced thereby into said trap (4).EFFECT: efficient catching of solid particles in offgas intake system even at low pressure drop.9 cl, 9 dwg |
