PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent composition for a lost foam pattern which has high safety and can further suppress residue defects.SOLUTION: A coating agent composition for a lost foam pattern contains a refractory aggregate and cellulose. A content of the cellulose is 1-10 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the refractory aggregate. A form of the cellulose is a fibrous or particulate form. The cellulose is contained in the refractory aggregate of the coating agent composition, and accordingly the cellulose exists in the state of being dispersed in a coating film. The cellulose is combusted and disappears due to heat during casting, and accordingly a portion where there exists the cellulose becomes a void. This void becomes a gas hole, a pyrolysis gas of a synthetic resin foam can be efficiently discharged, and accordingly residue defects can be reduced. |
