#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves impacting a carrier medium on a plant and/or seed and/or tuber and/or germ bud under conditions, which are suitable for enhancing growth of a plant, which is grown from seed, and for killing phathogenic germs. The carrier medium is obtained using an electrolysis method. The electrolysis method is implemented as an influence method. The carrier medium exhibits sodium hydroxide concentration, which ranges between 5 and 500 parts per million (ppm).
