COSMETIC COMPOSITION IN THE FORM OF HIGH INTERNAL PHASE WATER IN SILICONE FORMULATION WITH EXCELLENT STABILITY

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition of a high internal phase water in silicon (W/S) formulation including a silicon elastomer. More specifically, the cosmetic composition of the high internal phase W/S of the present invention comprises 5 to 20 wt% of silicon oil, 0.1 to 10 wt% of an emulsifier, 0.01 to 5 wt% of the silicon elastomer, and 70 to 90 wt% of a water soluble component based on the total weight of the composition. When manufacturing the cosmetic composition of the high internal phase W/S, the present invention makes silicon phase thixotropic by including the silicon elastomer, and temporarily lowers viscosity while mixing so that mixing is uniformly performed. The cosmetic composition of the high internal phase W/S of the present invention has uniform stability and excellent usability.
