PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine with a supercharger, which can maintain the function of a fresh air introduction valve by early scavenging leaked EGR gas in a fresh air introduction passage.SOLUTION: In an embodiment of the invention, an engine system with a supercharger comprises an EGR device 42, a fresh air introduction passage 52, a fresh air introduction valve 54, and a leaked EGR bypass passage 74. Leaked EGR gas, which leaked with intake air into the fresh air introduction passage 52 from a position on a downstream side of an electronic throttle device 38 in an intake passage 14, is circulated via the leaked EGR bypass passage 74 to an intake passage upstream region which lies at a position on an upstream side of a connection port of the intake passage 14 with an EGR passage 44.
