<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power amplifier that suppresses not only a small signal gain deviation but also temperature dependence of a power gain at a specified power.SOLUTION: A source of Tr1 is grounded. A source of Tr2 is connected to a drain of Tr1. A capacitor C1 is connected between a gate of Tr2 and the grounding point. An idle current control circuit 5 with a positive temperature gradient makes an idle current of Tr1 proportional to ambient temperature. A drain voltage control circuit 6 with a positive temperature gradient makes a drain voltage of Tr1 proportional to ambient temperature.</p> |
